Recipe: Assida Bidha

ingredients:
* 300g flour
* 1 half liter of water
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* Preparation time: 10 minutes
* Cooking time: 20 mins
* Quantity: 4 people
preparation:
1. Mix the flour in water, go to remove any lumps.
2. Add salt and cook them over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Toss with "medlek" (large wooden spoon) and from the first appearance of lumps, add a little olive oil, reduce heat to low and work until smooth.
3. When the porridge becomes thick, cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
4. Pour into a dish, there a hole in the middle.
5. Add the assida of melted butter.
6. Serve with fine sugar or honey
