"Everything is written", a Tunisian documentary film wins the grand prize at the Internati

"Everything is written" documentary film by French-Tunisian director Sonia Ben Slama won the Grand Prize of the International Documentary Film Festival of Khouribga, selected from 14 Arab and foreign documentary films. A feature film she had started writing in 2012.
The film tells the story of a young woman who lived in the Center of Tunisia, in Ksour Essaf, who rebelled against a cultural concept well-anchored in Tunisian society: "maktoub" (destiny), there is Of that 70 years, she had escaped from her husband's house. This is actually the story of the director's grandmother.
Two other films, Egyptian and Nigerian, tied the jury prize ex-aequo. The award for best achievement was awarded to a Moroccan film.
The festival is at its 8th edition. This year it was organized by the Wilaya, the Beni Mellal-Khénifra region Council, the OCP and the Moroccan Cinema Center, in collaboration with the province of Khouribga, the urban commune and Al Jazeera Documentary Channel .
The event took place from December 19 to 22, through which national film production is encouraged, but also, the national, Arab and international documentary film.
